I am an experienced civil litigator and my practice focuses on labour and employment law. I assist both employees and employers in drafting employment contracts, negotiating severance packages, developing and navigating workplace polices and in litigating matters involving wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, harassment, human rights, occupational health and safety, employment standards claims and labour disputes.
Before joining Zacharias Vickers LLP, I gained vast experience practicing labour and employment law at a national law firm, working out of both Vancouver and Toronto. I am called to the bar in British Columbia and Ontario and I have represented clients across the country and appeared at all levels of court in Canada as well as at various employment related tribunals and at labour arbitrations.
I cherish the relationships I have developed with my clients throughout my years of practice. Whether it be assisting an employee to improve a severance package or working with an employer to develop a multifaceted human resource policy, I am results orientated and take pride in providing a premium service to all my clients.
When not engaged with my clients or in the courtroom, I enjoy exploring the Fraser Valley, being involved in the community and attempting to improve my culinary abilities.
